⚠︎ Swimsuits are classified as intimate items and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period under consumer protection regulations. TTSO offers exchange services only and does not provide refunds.

⚠︎ To protect both parties' rights, please record the entire unboxing process. After unboxing, check the condition of the items (verify style, color, size, and quantity).

☀ Exchange Service ☀

Within 10 days of receiving the product, we offer a one-time reasonable size exchange. Requests for style changes will not be accepted, and late submissions will not be processed.

Step ➊

Contact our LINE@ customer service and provide details about your fitting experience, along with front and back photos.

Our customer service team will recommend the correct way to wear the item or suggest an appropriate size for exchange.

Step ➋

Complete the Exchange Form (style changes are not accepted).

For the first exchange, each party covers their own shipping costs.
For the second exchange, an additional processing fee of NT$100 will be charged.

Step ➌

Maintain the product's integrity: no stains, no removed tags, no odors, and no signs of use.

Return the product to the designated location specified in the form within 3 days.

Step➍

Once the brand receives and confirms the product's integrity, the requested size will be shipped.
